The KPI Dashboard is designed specifically for utilities companies and provides a snapshot at any point in time of a utility’s performance across core areas of the business.
A role based dashboard, executives can select from a set of pre-configured KPIs most relevant to their role in the utility business. Where a Senior Executive may require a birds-eye view over all billing, CRM and collections operations, a Call Centre Manager may only have interest in service related metrics.
Users are empowered to drag, drop and reorder a set of preconfigured KPIs within their KPI Dashboard. KPIs continually refresh, even when removed from the dashboard screen to a holding panel for future selection. Every KPI graphic also includes a set of configurable rules to drive a traffic light display to flag potential performance issues.
