GENTRACK APPOINTS NIC HUMPHRIES AS DIRECTOR

Gentrack Group Limited (NZX/ASX: GTK) (“Gentrack”) announces that it has appointed Nic Humphries as a non-executive director effective 24 May 2017. Nic is the Senior Partner of HgCapital and head of its TMT (Technology Media and Telecom) team.

Nic joined HgCapital in 2001, having previously worked at Geocapital Partners where he founded its European business. Prior to that, he was head of Barclays Private Equity’s IT and telecoms team. He started his career at 3i plc and has over 25 years’ experience of the private equity and venture capital industry.

Nic is also a director on the boards of The Foundry, Sovos Compliance, Visma, Lumesse and IRIS. He is a World Fellow of the Duke of Edinburgh Awards and holds a First Class degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Salford. He was an IEEE and National Engineering Council scholar.

Nic is not classed as an independent director because HgCapital controls Devaron (NZ) Limited which holds approximately 11.4% of Gentrack’s shares.
