The project at Isavia includes the implementation of Gentrack ‘s fully integrated 20/20 solutions including AODB, FIDS, RMS, Aero-Billing, Passenger Assistance (PRM) and A-CDM, which will support Isavia’s drive to enhance the passenger experience and improve airport operational efficiencies.

Isavia Deptuy CEO, Elin Arnadottir, is excited to start the project which will help Isavia to better meet its passengers’ service expectations.

This is extremely important when dealing with the extraordinary growth we‘ve seen over the last five years. We are excited to replace our AODB with one multi-Airport system for all Isavia scheduled service airports, which will eliminate manual data input as much as possible, simplfy the billing process and improve overall billing acuracy. Our expectation is that this will help us to maintain a high level of passenger satisfaction for our services.”

“We’re very excited to deliver a comprehensive 20/20 suite to Isavia, one of Europe’s leading airport operators. The project will enable Isavia to optimise its airport operations and achieve its environmental sustainability objectives through use of our intelligent airport technologies including the 20/20 A-CDM.”

Isavia operates all airports and air navigation services in Iceland and manages their development with accompanying air terminals and structures. Recent passenger growth projections announced by Isavia have Iceland’s largest airport Keflavik, growing by 28.4% with expectations of 6.25 million passengers through its terminals in 2016.

“The project also includes deployment of the full 20/20 AOS suite to support the operations of Isavia’s other key airports in the region. Our experience in working with aviation authorities and airports operators that manage multiple airports is extensive and combined with our full end-to-end product and support offering, are key factors for our continued success in the UK and Europe.”

Isavia joins a growing community of 20/20 customers globally and extends Gentrack’s presence in the Nordic region with Finland’s aviation authority, Finavia, also using the 20/20 AOS across its 26 airports.

“Gentrack’s 20/20 team are passionate about airport solutions and delivering positive technology enabled outcomes to airports. Our approach to implementing the 20/20 AOS to support mission critical airport operations has resulted in an enviable track record of success across four continents and we look forward to working alongside the Isavia team to ensure another successful outcome for all stakeholders.”
