Gentrack’s Concessionaire Analyzer+ (CA+) and BLIP Systems are two of the 27 shortlisted contenders that have gone above and beyond in their respective fields and made it through to the final round of the inaugural International Airport Review Awards 2017.
Both companies’ products are shortlisted in the Revenue Generation category.
CA+’s concession management platform enables airports to better manage their non-aeronautical operations through the efficient automation of sales data collection and by providing a central tool for commercial contract management and analysis. CA+ replaces much of the spreadsheet and manual input of data that is prevalent in most airport commercial teams today. With better control and more data driven insight, airports can achieve better financial results.
BlipTrack from BLIP Systems is a sensor-agnostic analysis and BI platform that tackles one of the biggest impacts on airport retail revenue – lengthy queues. By monitoring passenger movement and wait time in real time and accurately matching capacity with forecasted demand, airports can quickly and efficiently manage queue and flow. BlipTrack has reduced queue stress for millions of passengers each year by providing them with realistic wait and travel times, enhancing their overall experience and increasing in-airport dwell time.
The International Airport Review Awards shortlist was drawn from over 130 entrants who submitted airport projects and solutions in at least one of nine award categories. An overwhelming 77,000 votes were received from the global airport community. Winners will be announced in November in the special 20th Anniversary issue of International Airport Review.
Airports of all sizes from across the globe are already reaping the benefits of both CA+ and BlipTrack. If you want to find out more about how we can help boost your non-aeronautical revenue, or if you’d like to see a demo, get in touch here.
