Purchase of Shares by Subsidiary Director

Gentrack Group Limited (NZX/ASX: GTK) advises that John de Giorgio (Managing Director of its subsidiary, CA Plus Limited (CA+)) purchased 382,671 ordinary shares in Gentrack Group Limited in an off-market transaction on 7th August 2017 at NZ$5.00 per share for a total consideration of NZ$1,913,355.

John de Giorgio is not classed as a Director or Senior Manager of Gentrack Group Limited and therefore is not required to provide ongoing disclosure notices in accordance with Sections 297(2) and 298(2) of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013. Gentrack Group Limited is disclosing this transaction as a matter of good practice given the number of shares acquired and Mr de Giorgio’s senior role at a subsidiary company.
