Gentrack is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed an upgrade of its 20/20 Aeronautical Billing system at Aéroports de Montréal (ADM), the airport management business responsible for maintenance, operation and development of Montreal’s two international airports Montreal-Trudeau and Montreal-Mirabel.
The upgrade continues a long and successful partnership between Gentrack and ADM says 20/20 General Manager Nigel Farley. “We’ve invested significantly in the 20/20 billing system to ensure airports around the world are kept up to date with the latest generation of tools for efficiently billing airport services and facilities. We’re very pleased to be working alongside the team at ADM to support their drive for innovation, operational efficiency and a high level of service quality.”
20/20 provides ADM with a comprehensive billing solution to streamline the entire aeronautical billing lifecycle and includes the tools to manage revenue streams generated from a variety of sources including aircraft movements, check-in counters, baggage systems, airport display advertising and much more.
“In addition to increased flexibility and automation of tasks, the new system is integrated with ADM’s Airport Operational Database (AODB) system to automate the collection of data required for key billing activities. This level of integration is essential to maintaining efficient billing processes, especially with the continued growth and innovation of airport services.”
The 20/20 Aeronautical Billing upgrade at ADM caps off a record year for Gentrack’s Airport 20/20 business with major projects in 2011 at Brisbane, Melbourne, Newark Liberty and Bradley airports.
