Ozwater’19: Gentrack introduces cloud offering to enable water retailers to navigate to success

7 May 2019, Melbourne Australia:  Gentrack is pleased to announce the availability of Gentrack Cloud for Water, its suite of cloud-based billing and customer engagement solutions enabling water retailers to forge a path to success.

In line with its commitment to enabling the utilities revolution, Gentrack is at OzWater’19 to explore how Gentrack Cloud for Water can lower cost to serve, create operational efficiencies and help shape incredible customer journeys.

Paul King, Gentrack’s Country Manager in Australia, said: “As new technologies, customer expectations and the market environment changes, water retailers across the country can find themselves struggling to optimise their operations. They’re feeling the growing pressure to disrupt themselves and start to engage with customers in new ways as many other providers of essential services in Australia face similar challenges.

“With Gentrack Cloud for Water, water retailers can navigate to success by leveraging the latest cloud billing and customer engagement technologies to streamline back-office processes, achieve cost efficiency and build exceptional customer experiences – all while staying in touch with evolving market regulations.”

He added: “We’re delighted to sponsor Ozwater again this year and continue our support of the Australian Water Association. As the Australian water industry comes together under one roof in Melbourne, we’ll be here to talk to water retailers about how they can successfully tackle the challenges they face. So, if you’re a water retailer, head on over to the Gentrack exhibition for a chat.”

For industry insights and trends, attend the Gentrack-sponsored stream, ‘Voice of the Customer’, 10:45am-12:15pm today, and Gentrack’s session on ‘Taking digital customer engagement to a new level’ in the Ozwater Theatrette at 12:45pm today.
